90-Minute Power Session: For Anyone

Although m​y coaching practice is focused on helping girls and women in eating disorder recovery, ​too​ many people struggle with food and body that aren’t necessarily diagnosable with an eating disorder​, defined by the DSM (The Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders).

Our relationships with body and food are doorways to awareness, understanding and true healing. For far too long, we’ve been inundated by negative messages about food, weight, and diet, incessantly told we are​ willpower weaklings​ and​ need more control. The majority of nutrition experts sell conflicting advice, the tragic result being tens of millions confused about what to eat and how to have a happy relationship with food. In my coaching practice, I combine the best strategies from nutrition science and eating psychology. Eliminating all of the “should and should nots​,” I focus on what is​ right for your body and personal lifestyle. ​

​Eating and health issues are places for​ exploration and enjoyment​, instead of seeing such challenges as the enemy. This affords you the opportunity to understand yourself better. Each of us has a unique and ever-changing relationship with food. What we eat is only half the story. The other is who we are as eaters.

In this one-time session, we will dive deeply​ and quickly ​into your relationship with food to address ​the behaviors you want to change. We will also talk about how you feel about your body. You will certainly ​walk away from this session with a detailed and personalized plan to help you.

but still struggle with body dissatisfaction, overeating, chronic dieting, etc.

*Payment is required before the session.
