Recovery is Possible!

Text Only Support

Text Only Support

When you’re on the journey to eating disorder recovery, there are moments when you may crave some extra support, and then there are those times when your schedule is incredibly tight, making it seemingly impossible to fit in regularly scheduled sessions. In such situations, you might wonder: Is there a way to receive the support you need conveniently and effectively? The answer is yes, and it comes in the form of text support.

Text support is a valuable addition to your recovery toolbox. It’s a flexible and accessible option that can provide significant benefits during your healing process.

The Power of Text Support in Eating Disorder Recovery

  1. Flexibility: Life can be unpredictable, and there are days when you can’t commit to a fixed appointment time. Text support offers the flexibility to reach out and receive guidance when you need it most. It fits seamlessly into your daily routine, making it easier to incorporate support into your life.
  2. Immediate Assistance: In moments of distress or when you need a quick response, text support is there for you. It provides an avenue to share your thoughts and concerns in real-time, allowing me to provide prompt, supportive responses as soon s possible.
  3. Consistency: Consistency is a vital component of recovery. With text support, you can maintain an ongoing conversation with me, ensuring that you have continuous guidance and motivation throughout your journey.
  4. Privacy and Comfort: Text support offers a level of privacy that some individuals find comforting. It allows you to open up and express your feelings and thoughts in a safe, confidential space.
  5. Accountability: Staying accountable to your recovery goals is essential. Text support helps you set and track your goals, receive reminders, and maintain your progress.
